- Our Reservations Policy -
We are pleased you've decided to be our
guests this year. Since our availability information changes so
rapidly, we do not provide that information on this site. Instead,
please fill out our Availability Form or call our Toll Free Reservations Number: 1-888-832-3852
for availability and to
reserve your cabin.
Once we have confirmed your reservation by
phone, we ask that you send in our reservation form along with the deposit listed per cabin per
week. This form must be filled out completely, signed and mailed to
us at: Arcadia Lodge, 52001 County Road 284, Bigfork, MN 56628.
We will hold a cabin for 10 days from the date of our telephone
conversation to allow time for your reservation form and monies to reach
us. The names of all persons staying in the cabin must be listed on
the reservation form.
Deposit Policy - Deposits are refundable ONLY if we re rent the cabin at full rate and length of the canceled reservation. If we can not re rent the cabin for the full rate and length of your canceled reservation we will not refund the deposit. Deposits are any monies paid prior to the start of your reservation. You are
responsible for the entire length of your reservation. No credit
will be given for late arrivals or early departures. The remaining balance of your reservation is due the eveneing before you check out. Daily
reservations require a one night rental deposit. Questions?

Because deposits are only refundable if we can re rent the cabin for the FULL cost and length of the canceled reservation we do suggest travel insurance. We recommend Travel Guard Insurance, a leader in the travel insurance field. You can get quotes and purchase a policy on their website, www.travelguard.com. You can also contact them directly to speak with an agent regarding your specific travel plans.
Starting January 1, 2019 a 3% processing fee will be applied to all credit card transactions. We recommend that deposits and final bills be paid via check, money order or cash. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, however with rising costs we are no longer able to absorb this cost. By charging the fee to only those paying via credit card we avoid raising the cabin rates on everyone.

Arcadia Lodge Pets Policy - From May
through August we allow dogs in the following cabins
only: Beaver Lodge, Rustic Lodge, Blue Jay, Red Robin, Woodland, Shoreview, Aspen, Lunker Lodge and Moose Bay. Dogs are not allowed on
furniture or beds, must be leashed, cleaned up after, and never left
alone in the cabin. Dogs are to be kept away from the public areas of the resort. Some people do not mix well with dogs and we prefer to avoid incidents. If you are staying in Woodland, Beaver Lodge or Red Robin dogs may pass through the resort to reach your watercraft if your taking them out on the water. Please note that we will not be held responsible for
any accidents caused by dog fights.
Dogs are allowed in all cabins after Labor Day and thru April. We
do not allow any other type of pets except dogs.
Information on Staying At Arcadia Lodge
Extra Persons Charge -- Rates
include the number of people as stated for each cabin in the rate
column - NOT the maximum occupancy of the cabin. An extra person
charge will be applied for each person exceeding that number up to
the maximum occupancy.

All cabins are equipped
with charcoal grills. You are responsible for the charcoal.
Each cabin has patio
chairs, some have patio tables.

microwaves, coffee makers, appliances/house wares.
All bed linens are
provided, extras are available.
Please request linens
for hide-a-beds when making a reservation.
Towels and washcloths
are NOT provided.
Cribs & highchairs are
available at no charge, but are reserved on a first-asked,
A 7.875% Sales Tax will be applied to all rentals.
